High School Ministry
“My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Colossians 2:2-3
We are passionate about pouring into the youth, teaching them to seek God through prayer, studying the Word, and submitting to Christ’s leadership in their lives. We are dedicated to walk alongside students, helping them grow in faith, and strengthen their personal relationship with Jesus.
Sunday Mornings - September 1st 9-10 am in CLC 201
From Alpha and The Bible Project: “Life Revealed” is a nine-part video series that walks teens through Luke and Acts, provokes curiosity around the person of Jesus, and creates an accessible way for young people to read and understand scripture. This collaboration helps young people discover and develop a relationship with Jesus.
High School Youth Group - Sunday Nights 6-8 pm in the CLC Gym/Youth Room
Students gather together to play games, worship, pray, learn and share in small groups. This fall we will be studying the book of Genesis, its themes, stories (not just the Sunday School ones) and patterns and how it all points to Jesus. We will also have leader Q&A panels once a month where students can ask about things that are on their minds, from dating to predestination to faith foundations and beyond. Youth group is a place where all students are welcome, so encourage your student to invite their friends!
High School Bible Study - Wednesday Nights 6:30-7:30 pm in Ferguson Hall
Students will be joining with the church in a study this fall on 1 Samuel. Pastor Dave Pack and other Fremont teachers will be leading a Bible study titled “Not by Might, but By the Lord’s Power.” High School students will be at a table together with a high school leader discussing the study as a group. This is an exciting opportunity to learn alongside the congregation. Please join us!
